Trauma is a big word, but I’m here to help de-stigmatize it. You can have a beautiful life, you can be a successful person, you can be loving and loveable and good… and you can still have trauma stuck in your body.
Trauma shows up in our body and lives in a myriad of ways. The best way to identify them is when our body speeds allllll the way up and we feel overwhelmed and anxious AKA HYPER responses…. Or when our body slows alllll the way down and all we want to do is sleep and hide AKA HYPO responses.
And yet, we have a business, we have a life… and we have a deep desire to actual enjoy most of it. So… what can we do?
